    • Subject: Enter the subject of the autoresponder email (e.g., "Thank You for Contacting Us").
    • Body: Write the content of the autoresponder email. Use plain text or HTML formatting as needed.
      • For HTML emails, check the HTML box.
    • Start and Stop:
      • Set when the autoresponder should start.
      • Optionally, set a specific end date and time.
  3. Click Create or Save to activate the autoresponder.


Step 5: Test the Autoresponder

  1. Send a test email to the account with the autoresponder.
