Domain Registration Agreement

A domain registration becomes active only when all conditions are met:

• You formally accept this agreement and related service policies.
• Onlive Server processes and approves your registration request.
• All associated registration, renewal, or reinstatement fees are paid in full.
• The registry administrator accepts the submitted information and activates the domain.

Accurate contact data is a strict requirement for domain ownership. Depending on the TLD, you must provide the registrant’s legal name, postal address, email, phone number, and dedicated administrative, technical, and billing contacts.

You bear full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this data. Any changes to your contact details must be updated in our system within seven days. Supplying false information or failing to update your records constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate domain cancellation.

ICANN and registry rules require active verification of the registrant’s contact details. The Registered Name Holder’s email address must be verified within 15 days of a new registration, domain transfer, or any modification to existing contact information. Failure to verify within this window will result in the suspension of the domain and its associated services.

Registration fees are locked in at the price displayed during checkout and must be settled before a domain becomes active.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Domain fees are strictly non-refundable. This applies even if a domain is suspended, voluntarily cancelled, or transferred away before the end of its billing cycle.
• Price Adjustments: Onlive Server reserves the right to modify registration fees, renewal rates, and surcharges. We will provide 30 days’ notice for any upcoming price changes.

If a payment provider reverses a charge for a domain registration, Onlive Server reserves the right to assume control of the domain registration. We may lock the account and associated domains until the original balance, along with any administrative or chargeback fees, is paid in full.

To comply with global domain regulations, your registration data may be shared with ICANN, registry administrators, and third parties as permitted by law. Registries dictate what information is collected, retained, and displayed publicly. By registering a domain, you consent to this mandatory data handling.

You must routinely review your domain data and correct errors immediately. Ignoring inquiries from Onlive Server regarding the accuracy of your registration information is a breach of this agreement. If you register a domain on behalf of a third party, you are legally responsible for obtaining their explicit consent to use their personal data.

For eligible domain extensions, you may purchase Domain Privacy to mask your personal information in public WHOIS directories.

• Privacy services do not absolve you of the legal obligation to provide accurate backend registration data.
• Privacy contact details cannot be used as a general mail-forwarding service.
• The service may be terminated if the domain is transferred or if the privacy subscription expires.

Onlive Server retains the right to bypass or cancel Domain Privacy and reveal your true identity under specific circumstances, including:

• Court orders, law enforcement requests, or government subpoenas.
• ICANN domain dispute resolutions (UDRP).
• Credible third-party trademark infringement or legal claims.
• Violations of our Terms of Service or documented illegal activity.

Newly registered domains may be temporarily pointed to Onlive Server nameservers and display a default “coming soon” page at no extra cost. You retain full control to update these nameservers via your management dashboard.

If a domain reaches its expiration date without renewal, the registration lapses. During any applicable grace period, the domain may resolve to an expired notice page containing advertisements.

If you utilize our DNS management tools, you are responsible for setting up the correct routing records. In the absence of a custom wildcard DNS configuration, Onlive Server may insert fallback records for unresolved subdomains to direct traffic to a parked page.

You alone are responsible for renewing your domains prior to their expiration dates.

• Manual Renewal: Payments must be cleared before the expiration date to prevent cancellation.
• Automatic Renewal: If auto-renew is enabled, our system will attempt to charge your default payment method. To prevent unwanted charges, you must disable auto-renew at least 16 days prior to the expiration date.

Onlive Server may restrict or refuse bulk domain registrations if they violate ICANN policies or registry-specific limits. High-volume registrations may trigger additional identity verification requirements.

Domain registrations are final. You must carefully verify the spelling of your desired domain before submitting payment. Onlive Server does not issue refunds or offer free replacements for typos, spelling errors, or buyer’s remorse.

If you license a domain to another user, you legally remain the Registered Name Holder. You are financially and legally responsible for any misuse of the domain. If presented with actionable evidence of harm caused by the domain, you must disclose the licensee’s identity and contact details within the legally required timeframe.

This agreement operates alongside the rules established by ICANN and the specific administrators for TLDs and ccTLDs. These governing bodies frequently update rules regarding transfers, renewals, and disputes. Onlive Server will update this policy as necessary to remain compliant with global mandates.

Onlive Server may revise this Domain Registration Agreement at any time. Significant material changes will be announced on our website with at least 30 days’ notice, except when immediate changes are mandated by ICANN. Continued use of your domain constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering a domain with us, you commit to:

• Supplying and maintaining valid contact data.
• Completing 15-day ICANN email verifications.
• Managing timely renewals and fee payments.
• Utilizing the domain strictly for lawful purposes.
• Securing your account credentials against unauthorized access.
