Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Platform

Microsoft Azure, which is generally known as Windows Azure. Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform provides a wide range of cloud hosting services. It is including compute, analytics, storage, and networking. Users can develop and scale new applications as well as run existing applications. Basically, Microsoft Azure is widely considered for both Platform (PaaS) and (IaaS).

Microsoft Azure Products and Services –

Computer – User can deploy and manage their virtual machines (VMs) as well as support remote application access.

Web – These services support the deployment of web applications, and content delivery, application programming interface (API) management, notification, and reporting.

Data storage — These services provide scalable cloud storage for supports big data projects and archival storage.

Analytics – These services provide real-time analytics as well as big data analytics. That is included in data lakes, machine learning, business intelligence (BI), internet of things (IoT) and data warehousing.

Networking – One of the most important options, that is including virtual networks, dedicated connections, and gateways, as well as traffic management & diagnostics. There is some more option available such as load balancing, domain name system (DNS) hosting, and network protection against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Hybrid integration – This service basically use to take server backup, site recovery and connecting private and public clouds.

Identity and access management (IAM) – Through this service ensure only authorized users can access Azure services.
